Hours
What are the times for check-in and check-out??
Check-in is possible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival. The accommodation unit is guaranteed to be available from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is by 9 a.m. on the day of departure, when the keys must be returned to the management.
Is it possible to stay beyond the check-out time?
Yes, it is possible by having the foresight to vacate the accommodation unit by 9:00 a.m. and not occupying the temporary parking space dedicated to new arriving guests.
What is the time of breakfast?
Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
The restaurant is open from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; guests staying on half board or full board basis can access the restaurant from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for dinner.
What are the opening hours of the Swimming Pool, Sports Center and Wellness Center?
The sports facilities and wellness center are open from 09:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., subject to weather conditions.
What are the times for entering and leaving the Holiday Center?
The gates of the Village are open from 08:00 a.m. to midnight. Outside these hours, access is allowed only for pedestrians and not for vehicles; there are watchmen available at all times during night hours.

The beach is accessible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., subject to weather conditions or maintenance or cleaning needs.

Do you have quiet hours?
Yes, in the time slots from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and midnight to 8:00 a.m. During those times, it is requested to avoid disturbing noises, respect the rest of other guests, and it is not allowed to drive cars.

Services
Where can I park my car?
We offer three large car parks:
- an internal car park around the perimeter where cars can only be moved outside the quiet hours, i.e. from 8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to midnight.
- two fenced outdoor car parks;
Is it possible to connect to the internet?
We have a free Wi-Fi service that is easily accessible from every point in the village; as of July 2020, we also offer a hyper-fiber broadband connection.
What if my baby is sick?
If your child becomes ill, our trusted pediatrician is at your disposal (upon request and for a fee).
Are there beaches that have an agreement with the campsite?
We face directly onto our well-equipped beach.
Is the beach equipped?
We face directly onto our well-equipped beach. You will find bars, restrooms, showers and other services.
Is it possible to book half board or full board at the restaurant?
Of course. You can book in advance. Our in-house restaurant serves the best local and non-local seafood specialties, as well as meat and pizza.
Do you offer a transfer service?
The management can suggest taxi services (for a fee).
Is there entertainment for children?
Our entertainment team runs a Mini Club and a Junior Club for which they provide dedicated activities in various areas of the village (playground, beach, sports center, theater, etc.).
Are you hosting parties or other internal events on the campsite?
Our large entertainment staff organizes a program full of activities and events that take place throughout the entire day; during the low season, the program may be restricted.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
We offer more than 10 bicycles for adults and children available for hire at an additional cost.
Can a barbecue be held inside the campground?
Barbecue grills may be used only with the permission of the management, only in case of favorable weather conditions, and in strict compliance with all the precautions stated in our regulations.
Where do I throw out the garbage?
You can throw out your garbage, sorting your waste, at the recycling area located at the end of the main avenue; bags are not provided.

Are lunch and dinner buffet style?
Except for special events, lunch and dinner are served at the table.

The full board basis begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure, unless different arrangements are made with our restaurant; the half board basis begins with dinner on the day of arrival.
What does the Board basis include?
If included, full board includes breakfast, lunch and dinner while half board includes breakfast and dinner but, by requesting it each time no later than the day before, it is possible to replace dinner with lunch.
Lunch includes first course, second course, side dish, fruit or dessert, ½ l of water per person, ¼ l of wine per person or canned soft drink, while dinner includes first course, second course, side dish, fruit or dessert, ½ l of water, ¼ l of wine or canned soft drink or, alternatively, pizza, chips, fruit or dessert, ½ l of water, ¼ l of wine, 1/3 l of beer or canned soft drink.
How can I enjoy the board basis?
Meals are served at the table while breakfast is at the counter but take-out service can be requested for lunch and dinner; meals will be eaten in an enclosed outdoor veranda, while dog owners will have access to a designated area outdoors.

Italian breakfast includes beverage (coffee, tea, milk, juice or cappuccino) and sweet croissant.
What if I have a food allergy or intolerance?
There are no dedicated menus for people with celiac disease or food intolerances. However, by prior agreement with the restaurant management, alternative dishes can be enjoyed; food allergies, intolerances and celiac disease must be promptly reported in writing at the time of booking and on site at the restaurant when you arrive.

What will my beach umbrella be?
The allocation of the beach umbrella is at the discretion of the management and may be changed for management needs.
When will I be able to use my reserved beach umbrella?
Beach umbrella and sunbeds, if included in your stay, are available from the day of arrival but not on the day of departure.
The private beach service has limited availability, and if it is not already included in the quote, we recommend booking it in advance.
Is the beach sandy?

Dogs - Pet Friendly
Are dogs allowed?
Of course, we have different types of accommodations where you can bring your four-legged friend.
The presence of dogs must be notified at the time of booking, specifying weight and breed, and health records and mandatory vaccinations must be shown upon arrival. A maximum of one dog per accommodation unit or pitch is accepted.

What services are available for 4-legged friends?
We have a dedicated "Dog Beach" and a free "dog play area" of the size of about 10,000 square meters, equipped with a tub where your dog can swim. In some periods, a dog trainer and recreation equipment are available.
Can I take the dog to the beach or the pool?
The dog may enter the "Dog Beach" and has access to all common areas of the Holiday Village with the exception of the swimming pool, playground, toilets, theater and wellness center. Dogs may not be allowed in certain areas of the campground in case they are too crowded (e.g., tables at the bar, at the chalet, at the restaurant with the highest flow of people, or the main square).
Please note that local regulations prohibit animals from bathing in the sea.

Is tourist tax included in the price?
The price does not include the tourist tax.
The tourist tax, which is not included in the price, amounts to €0.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 14 continuous nights of stay and is charged from 15/06 to 31/08, barring any changes by the relevant authorities.
What is always included in the price of my accommodation unit?
The services always included are: Wi-Fi, parking space, animation, air conditioning, mini club, initial cleaning, final cleaning, water, consumption of electricity and gas.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
In order to avoid delays we recommend payment prior to arrival by bank transfer, otherwise you can pay the balance by the time of arrival using cash, credit card or debit card.
How can I pay the balance on arrival?
You may pay by credit and debit card; we do not accept American Express or checks.
Is it possible to take out insurance?
Allianz offers the opportunity to take out, on favorable terms for our clients, "Booking Protection" insurance for your stay, which must be activated upon receipt of our confirmation letter and immediately after the payment of the deposit. It is possible to request a quote and/or take out the insurance by clicking here.
Alternatively, Allianz also offers the option, at standard rates, to take out insurance for your stay within 30 days of your arrival date. You can request a quote and/or take out the insurance by clicking here.
What do I have to do before my arrival?

Swimming pool, sports center and wellness center
Is the wellness center included in the campsite rate?
Treatments in the wellness center are available for a fee.
What does the wellness center offer?
The wellness centre includes a whirlpool bath with an adjoining relaxation area, a massage room, two sensory showers, a steam bath and a treatment room dedicated to the wellness of individuals and couples.
Is the fitness area included in the price of the campsite?
The area in front of the wellness center is equipped with fitness equipment for free use.
Can children use the swimming pool?
Children can have fun in our new swimming pool equipped with a water slide and water games.
Is the use of swimming cap mandatory in the swimming pool?
Yes, it is also possible to purchase it on site.

What amenities are available in the accommodations?
Each accommodation is equipped with: air conditioning, television, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, cookware (mocha included), dishes, and cleaning accessories (broom, besom, drying rack, bin). For any specific needs, the management is available to try to accommodate any request depending on availability and upon written request via our messaging system or by e-mail.
What is excluded from the minimum equipment of mobile homes?
Mops, tablecloths, hairdryers, garbage bags, toilet paper, blankets and underblankets, and oven are not part of the equipment (indicative and incomplete list).
Is final cleaning compulsory?
No, initial and final cleaning is included in the price but the accommodation unit must be left free of all rubbish and personal belongings.
Are the accommodations equipped with air conditioning?
Air conditioning is present in all our accommodations and is always included in the price.
Can hairdryers and hair straighteners be used?
Yes, in accordance with the amperes available for the accommodation unit.
Is SKY Hotel available?
SKY service is available during the months of June, July and August and is provided in about 75 percent of the accommodations.
Are sheets and towels available?

Our pitches have an average size of 7x7 meters and are equipped with electricity, water hookup and dump station.
What type of plug is needed to connect to the electric hook up? How far is the hook up from the pitch?
The distance from the pitch to the electric hook up varies from a minimum of a few meters to a maximum of 25 meters. The electrical connection is an industrial circular type.
Can you buy or rent adapters for blue sockets (CEE Standard) to connect to the power supply?
Any electrical equipment needed to connect to the power supply can be purchased at our market.
How many Amps do the power supply columns provide?
The columns provide 6 amps.
Do you have to pay for the showers?
Use of the showers is free of charge
Can electric cookers be used?
The use of electric cookers is not recommended but is permitted within the ampere capacity available for each pitch.
When booking a pitch is it possible to have more than one choice when I arrive?
The choice of pitch is subject to the availability of the pitches and must be agreed with the management at the time of booking; however, the management reserves the right to make changes due to management or organizational needs.
Can a barbecue be held inside the campground?

Where is the campsite located?
Our campsite is located in the south of the Marche region in Marina Palmense, in the municipality of Fermo and adjacent to the town of Porto San Giorgio. It can be easily reached from the A14 Fermo-Porto San Giorgio motorway exit, which is about 1 km away, and from the Fermo-Porto San Giorgio railway station, which is about 3 km away.
Is it far from the beach?
The Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker is located close to the beach to which it has direct access.
Our campsite is located in the south of the Marche region in Marina Palmense, in the municipality of Fermo and adjacent to the town of Porto San Giorgio. It can be easily reached from the A14 Fermo-Porto San Giorgio motorway exit, which is about 1 km away, and from the Fermo-Porto San Giorgio railway station, which is about 3 km away.
Is it far from the beach?
The Centro Vacanze Camping Spinnaker is located close to the beach to which it has direct access.

Is there a medical service on the campsite?
An infirmary is available, accessible only by authorised personnel.
